Personal support is provided to help our clients manage their daily needs. Through this service, they can be guided in dealing with everyday decision-making and other activities of daily living. With this, they can have the right kinds and levels of assistance to live comfortably and safely with respect to their independence. With their personal care well-taken care of, they will also be given a chance to be more involved and engaging in their communities.
OurCare, Inc. Residential Personal Supports Services Provide:
- Personal assistance (help with bathing, dressing, or feeding)
- Transportation to medical appointments, assistance in locating and using community resources, and assistance with building support systems
- Training and Habilitation Services in the community
- Case Management Services
- Assistance in managing finances
- Access to natural community support and services
- Respite care services (Twenty-four-hour emergency assistance as needed)
